Sprawny staż - Trainee in Contract Center/ Business Support
Workplace: Gdańsk or fully remote internship
Your various tasks:
- Timely and accurate processing of applicable transactions according to the assigned role and process documentation i.a.: Support in organizing business trips, managing logistics, and travel arrangements (Business Support)
- Data collection on the content of the contracts and implementation of changes in the dedicated system (Contract Center)
- Comply with business standards, policies, and procedures
- Ongoing support of Team Leader and team members
- Assistance with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Other specifically described tasks.

- Good English skills in verbal and written form (B1/B2)

The recruitment process consists of two main stages:
- The first stage is conducted by the Integralia Foundation. Interviews take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (in person or online). If you successfully pass this stage, we will recommend your candidacy to the employer.
- The second stage is conducted by the company hosting the internship. You will be informed of the outcome of the interviews no later than June 21, 2024.
Competency tests may be part of the recruitment process.
