Obligation to provide information

For the sake of the security of your personal data, and to ensure full transparency in the processing of your personal data, we would like you to know that:

1. JOB Impulse Polska sp. z o.o. with registered office at Ptasia 10 , 60-319 Poznań (hereinafter: JOB) is the controller of your personal data.

1. Whenever you have any questions or queries about the processing of your personal data, do not hesitate to contact our Data Protection Officer at iodo@jobimpulse.pl

1. Only the trusted entities supporting us in reaching the goals below shall be recipients of data. They include entities from the IT industry, entities providing accounting, consulting and legal services, postal operators, and cooperating marketing agencies, as well as other contractors who provide services to the Controller. Also, a JOB client for whom you will provide work/services through JOB may be a data recipient.

1. You have the right to request that the Controller:
   a) provide you with access to your personal data;
   b) correct your personal data;
   c) delete your personal data;
   d) limit your personal data processing,
   e) transfer your personal data.

1. You also have the right to object against data processing.

1. You have a right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

1. Where your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent without any legal effect with respect to the processing performed prior to such withdrawal.

1. Provision of data is a condition for entering into a contract.

1. JOB processes your data in accordance with the following:
   a) Performance of a recruitment process (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) 2 years following the end of the recruitment or revocation of consent:
   - In order to comply with obligations under the law, including labor law related to the implementation of a specific employment process or the establishment of contractual cooperation.
   - To the extent that the personal data you voluntarily provide in your application documents goes beyond the scope of law, it will be processed on the basis of the consent you have given by your explicit action - providing us with your data to a greater extent than necessary.

(b) Informing about new recruitments (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) Until effective objection is raised:
- It may happen that the recruitment you took part in ends up with another person being hired. However, due to the circumstances, we do not completely exclude the possibility of hiring you in another recruitment for the same or similar position, which in our opinion could also be of interest to you.

However, we recognize the risk that information about such new recruitment may not reach you, therefore, in order to be able to let you know about the current job offer we will contact you - if you do not wish to be contacted, you can object thereto already at the first recruitment.

(c) Indemnification (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) For the period of limitation of claims:
- JOB, like any entity entering into commercial transactions, is exposed to liability, including civil liability, therefore it is necessary to store all information about events that have occurred and that may give rise to any claims against JOB or against an employee. Such information may become evidence in any proceedings pending.
