Your personal data will be processed: a) in order to perform the duties stemming from the provisions of the law related to the employment process, especially the Labor Code - the legal basis is the controller's legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c. of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) in connection with the provisions of the Labor code) b) In order to conduct the recruitment process with respect to data not required by the law – the legal basis of processing is consent (Art. 6.1.a of Regulation 2016/679) c) for the purposes of future recruitment processes, in the case where consent is granted – the legal basis of processing is consent (Art. 6.1.a of Regulation 2016/679) d) in order to determine or pursue potential claims or to defend EKLEKTIKA against such claims – the legal basis is the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f of Regulation 2016/679). Your personal data may be transferred to entities that process personal data at the Controller's request: IT service providers. Data will be processed until you revoke your consent for personal data processing. The period of personal data storage can in each case be extended by the claim limitation period if personal data processing is necessary for the pursuit of certain claims or to defend the Controller against such claims. You have the right to access your data and to demand that they be rectified or erased or that their processing be limited, and the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Controller.
