How we collect your Personal Information Generally, CBRE collects your Personal Information when you apply for a job at CBRE. For new CBRE staff, we collect your Personal Information mainly through the curriculum vitaes (CV's) and/or job application forms you submit to CBRE via email. We also collect additional Personal Information from you as part of our onboarding process, after we have made a job offer to you.

Retention
CBRE retains personal data on the basis of statutory retention periods, commonly recommended data retention periods and for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Profiling
CBRE does not currently make decisions regarding you based solely on computerized (i.e. non-human) processes. Also, CBRE does not use solely computerized assessments to study or predict your performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location or movements.
When and with whom we may share your information
Please note, that your personal data may be shared with CBRE's affiliate entities (including U.S. entities) for current and future recruitment purposes. We also share your information with Online Technologies HR Sp. z o.o. as Data Processor on our behalf.
Access and Correction Requests, Questions, and Complaints
By law, under certain circumstances, you have the right to:
-Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a 'data subject access request'). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information CBRE holds about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
-Request correction of the personal information that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate information we hold about you corrected.
-Request erasure of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have exercised your right to object to processing (see below), which is tantamount to the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.
-Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
-Request the restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal information about you, for example if you want us to establish its accuracy or the reason for processing it. -Request the transfer of your personal information to another party.
